Characteristic of Indonesia
In Java, there are some traditional dances like Reog, Kuda
lumping, and many more. Traditional dance in Java related to magic or mythical.
Not too much difference from other dance, it has also mythical dances like
Barong, Legong, and Kecak. Some of traditional dances in Bali are performed as
a worship to God. Certain ceremonies at temples feature a special performance
of a dance-drama.
In South Sumatera, the most famous traditional dances are
Kipas Dance and Tanggai Dance. Kipas dance is a social dance for teenage of
South Sumatera and Tanggai dance is a special dance to greet the guest of South
Sumatera. The special clothes and accesories that the dances use are unique and
has different characteristic.
So, we must keep our culture in Indonesia. We suport them
to show to other countries, how great this nation. We are togerther, We have
many different, but we keep them in one thing, cause WE ARE INDONESIA.
